The band was born in 1993, ever based in Naples, Italy: the beginnings are made of lots of live performances, that make them widely known in the city nightclubbing as the headliners of the indie scene between darkwave and dreampop.
The very first release is in 1994: a limited edition of a 5tx demotape. One year after a previously unreleased song, «Frost upon the trees», is chosen for the 2nd volume of «Intimations Of Immortality», annual sampler of Energeia, label leader of the genre that signs the band for 2 full-length CDs.
The debut album «Trees»(8tx, Energeia 1997) is promoted by a national tour; their audience grows and they are invited to the CD tribute «Anyone can be a Virgin Prunes»produced by the label Radio Luxor, performing a personal version of «Sweet home under white clouds». A few months later their second album comes out, «Harmonizer»(10tx, Energeia 1999) whose title-track features also on the CD compilation «A painted dream 2», released and promoted by the American magazine Losing today. In the meantime, the distribution by Audioglobe works in many foreign countries, supported by quite positive responses in the international press. Lately the songwriting has developed with wider solutions on sounds and arrangements; the last sessions in studio have taken to «ASH»(10tx, Ark Records 2007), the new album included in a box that, celebrating the 10th anniversary of the band, features their complete discography and reveals their steady creativity and a special moment of maturity.
